I am a Health Psychology trainee (Pre-Intern) at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. My research focuses on patient education, health literacy, and behaviour change in chronic health conditions.
My Master's thesis examined the development and evaluation of video-based educational resources for prospective kidney transplant recipients, exploring how patient-centred communication can improve understanding, preparedness, and treatment adherence.
Drawing on an extensive professional background in communication and video production, I am particularly interested in using innovative educational approaches to support patient engagement and improve health outcomes.
