Pablo Uva (AR)

Pablo Uva is a transplant surgeon. He is appointed as Chief of the Department of Pancreas Transplantation at the 

Instituto de Trasplantes y Alta Complejidad (ITAC – Nephrology). Buenos Aires, Argentina

He is member of the IPITA Board (Council) and co-director of the IPITA Pancreas and Islet Transplant curricula, a member of the Argentinean Society of Transplantation Board (SAT treasurer) and President of the Latin American Pancreas and Islet Transplant Association (LAPITA - chapter of the Latin American Transplant Association - STALyC).  

Dr Uva has graduated form the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires and performed a multiorgan transplant fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
